Client: Ministry Of Higher Education

Master planning and designing buildings of the new university city in Maysan was done by Manhal Al Habbobi while he was attached to CAP Consultants. The $64 Million project featuring an iconic tower in addition to the academic parts of the university was created along with a very modern landscape ideas and a dancing fountains as per client's vision looking to create an attraction point for all users of the compound. The main design theme is based on the concept of edutainment which is derived from the idea of combining both Education and Entertainment in one place at the same time.
