Private Villa

Client: Emirates Land Group

As the architect for this project, Manhal Al Habbobi follows the challenge and response as a design technique. The main challenge in this project is how to maintain the diversity within the layout of the villas and to keep unity within the composition. The response to this challenge was through creating a rythm in the pattern in order to create a harmony in the composition. This project was designed during Manhal’s attachment to iConcept.
